NGO ODSS Signs Two Cooperation Agreements with Moldovan Security Institutions
In June 2025, the cooperation between NGO ODSS and the security institutions of the Republic of Moldova reached a new level with the signing of official partnership agreements with the Moldovan Border Police and the Ștefan cel Mare Police Academy. These agreements reaffirm and deepen the existing collaboration, establishing a framework for long-term strategic engagement focused on mentorship, knowledge transfer, and institutional capacity building. The joint objective is to enhance the operational effectiveness and professional development of Moldova’s security institutions while supporting their alignment with European Union standards and values.
The cooperation includes the adoption of modern leadership principles, evidence-based approaches, and international best practices across training, management, and operational domains. NGO ODSS and its Moldovan partners share a common goal: to strengthen the resilience, transparency, and reliability of Moldova’s law enforcement and border management systems, thereby reinforcing the country’s sovereignty and stability within the European security framework.
